Nepal is the most marvelous and impressive walking country on earth. Only by walking on the ancient foot trails can one gain access to the Himalayan giants. Here lies the greatest concentration of the highest mountains, most varied terrain, diverse culture and the most spectacular views. Walking is the only way to travel if you really want to experience the wild and dramatic landscapes and the fascinating people of Nepal.
Trekking is walking on mountain trails to explore the villages, valleys, mountains and the country's interior. Our aim is maximum enjoyment, minimum discomfort. Trekking tours means foot travel on mountain trails from just a day to a month or more, in the same style as exploratory or mountaineering expeditions. It is not backpacking. In our trek you just need to carry what you might want during the day whilst walking – a binocular, a camera, a sweater, water bottle, important documents and other small items that you may need on the trail.
Easy Grade
Easy trekking by Himalayan standards is generally between 900m and 2000m. There are always plenty of ‘ups and downs’ on well-maintained trails. Clients need to be regular walkers to get full enjoyment from their experience. It is possible however to design easier short three to four days trek with perhaps only two to four hours walking per day on request. |
